Position Overview
Our Agency is looking for a friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented individual to be an Insurance Account Representative.  If you are a person who has exceptional communication skills, professional office experience and the ability to work well with people from all walks of life, this is the place for you!  We're looking for a team member who exhibits a commitment to helping people and can work fluidly in an environment that requires the balancing of multiple responsibilities. You will have the full support of our customer service team and will play a vital role in our day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

Compensation: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
